HOUSE PAINTING

Painting is to be done every 10 years.  Next painting will be 2029.  Colors are chosen by the board. There are currently 14 choices.  

Current Procedures, Colors, and Houses painted specific colors are found below.  

Since all houses were to have been painted by 2019, any contractors and pricing may not be applicable.  Paint is still available from Miller Paints in Plantation, and Santa Barbara has moved to Hallendale.  Contact listed contractors for current pricing
